Hi my name is Charissa – I am a mum of 3 children – Kade, Anika and Mana.

I am a PE teacher  and have now progressed into the fitness industry with my husband Andy where we set up and own Peak Fitness.

I have seen and felt the results of been active pre and post pregnancy and am inspired to help mums keep active and get some time for themselves.
