Kia ora. My name is Gennavieve Walker. I live in Richmond and work across the beautiful Tasman Region. I am a Mum to a gorgeous 3-year-old boy. We absolutely love the outdoors and you will usually find us at the beach, river or somewhere in the bush, rain or shine.
I have a great passion for working along side families. Before I became a Mum, I was a private educator travelling the world for VIP families. Educating and caring for children under the age of 5.
I qualified as a personal trainer at the NZ Institute of Health and Fitness in 2019, Since then, I have upskilled my knowledge to specialise in pre and postnatal with Active Mums NZ.
I am excited to be an Active Mums Trainer, providing a safe and supportive environment for women, focusing on regaining core stability, pelvic floor control an overall strength.

MUMS IN MOTION POST-NATAL PROGRAMME – an 8 week course focusing on regaining core stability, pelvic floor control and overall strength.
MUMS IN ACTION ADVANCED POST-NATAL PROGRAMME – 45-60 min class for Mum’s. Workout varies each session from circuit to boot camp style workouts.
A functional workout building on the strength and stability developed from the Mums in Motion programme.
MUM-TO-BE TRAINING – Small group OR 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions. Safe exercise prescription specific to the individuals stage of pregnancy and level of fitness.
