Hi, I’m Edee.

Mum, Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Facilitator & Pre and Post – natal fitness specialist. I live in the beautiful sunny small town of Motueka and work across both Nelson / Tasman regions.

I originally studied at Otago University where I earned my Bachelor of Physical Education. – Double Major in Exercise Prescription & Exercise Science. Since then I have continued to upskill myself each year as well as working in the industry for over 10years now.

I have a real passion in all things women’s health and believe in not only coaching and supporting clients to achieve their goals but also educating and empowering them to be able to make these changes themselves.

Bring your kids with you to all sessions the place is set up for kids to play around us while we workout.

MUMS IN MOTION POST-NATAL PROGRAMME – an 8 week course focusing on regaining core stability, pelvic floor control and overall strength.

MUMS IN ACTION ADVANCED POST-NATAL PROGRAMME – 45-60 min class for Mum’s. Workout varies each session from circuit to boot camp style workouts.
A functional workout building on the strength and stability developed from the Mums in Motion programme.

MUM-TO-BE TRAINING – Small group OR 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions. Safe exercise prescription specific to the individuals stage of pregnancy and level of fitness.
