Hello! I’m PJ and I live in the deep south of Gore with my husband and 18-year-old daughter.
Born and bred in this area, I spent 25 years as a librarian working with our community. Having always loved fitness, a couple of years ago, I decided to make it official and get my personal training qualifications. And I haven’t looked back.
I realised early on in my business that I had a huge passion for women’s health, having gone through many issues myself, rebuilding my fitness from scratch several times.
I am constantly researching and upskilling to deliver the best fitness options to women of all ages, particularly in the areas of pre & post-natal, pelvic floor & core, peri menopause & menopause, and women-specific training.
I hope to support women to take their fitness journey further than they imagined they could, so it is very exciting to have joined Active Mums as a trainer to deliver a safe and rewarding antenatal and postnatal exercise programme to help mums through pregnancy and back into fitness.
I am a REPs registered PT.
MUMS IN MOTION POST-NATAL PROGRAMME – an 8 week course focusing on regaining core stability, pelvic floor control and overall strength.
MUMS IN ACTION ADVANCED POST-NATAL PROGRAMME – 45-60 min class for Mum’s. Workout varies each session from circuit to boot camp style workouts.
A functional workout building on the strength and stability developed from the Mums in Motion programme.
MUM-TO-BE TRAINING – Small group OR 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions. Safe exercise prescription specific to the individuals stage of pregnancy and level of fitness.
