Active Mums Post-Delivery Wellness Guide

This Post Delivery Wellness guide has been put together with the help of a number of specialists to help guide you through the early weeks (weeks 1-6 post birth).

Each week has been broken up with bite size goals and provides you with information around what your body is likely to need in these early weeks in terms of rest, recovery, stretching, breathe work, pelvic floor exercises, walking, hydration, nutrition and posture.

It gradually eases you back into some light resistance work to help maintain or increase your muscular strength and endurance to deal with daily functional movements of a mum.
